Accommodation Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation & Payment

  • To confirm your reservation, a valid credit card or prepayment is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due 14 days before arrival.
  • We accept the following forms of payment: card payment

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within  14 days of the check-in date are subject to a charge of 50% of total stay
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: by 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged additionally.

4. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the accommodation. A €200 penalty applies for violations.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • No loud music during quiet hours.
  • Pets are welcome with an additional charge of €80 per stay.
  • Guests must respect the property and its contents. Any damage will be charged to the guest.
  • The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded, extra fee of 25 euros per person per night will be charged if you arrive with more guests than previously booked.

5. Liability & Damages

  • Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
  • The property owner is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
  • In case of breach of rules or damage, the host reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without a refund.

6. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of  €200 may be required. This will be refunded within  3 days of check-out, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is needed.

7. Force Majeure

  • The property shall not be liable for events beyond its control that may prevent or delay your stay (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans).

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of The Czech Republic.

By booking and staying at the property, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
